1.Write about your experiences thus far with the Human Form in Art Research Project. Have you chosen a piece of art? What questions do you still have? What are your next steps?

Haven’t done much yet and have not decided on the piece that I plan to do this project on. My next step is to find an art piece.

2. What search engines did you use? How useful did you find the online resources? What did you learn today? Have you chosen a piece of art that depicts the human form? Reflect and summarize on what you have completed thus far in this project.

I use Google and yahoo most of the time. So far the have worked in the best ways for my project and is a very good resource. I have chosen the piece of art named “the wounded Angle” and I am trieng to describe my art piece.

3. What piece of art or pieces of art have you narrowed down your choice to? What did you learn today? What are your next steps? What will you need to spend your time doing on Friday in the computer lab?

I have chosen my art and I plan to expand on the ideas that I think that my art is trying to tell me, and find out more about the arthure.

4. What did you learn today? What challenges did you have or do you perceive having in this project? What are your next steps? What questions do you have?

I decided that I didn’t really like my art piece so I am going to change it and find something else that fits this project better. My next step is to find a new art piece.

5. Where are you at in the project? What more do you need to accomplish? What are your questions? Should I change the presentation time limit to
5 - 7 minutes instead of 7 - 10 minutes?

I have found my new art piece (Las Meninas, by Diego Velazquez) and it is going allot better than I expected, but I need to work quick in order to complete this project when its due. Yes you should change the amount of time because it would really be good specially considering the my late art change

Critique the overall human for in art research project. Should this project be taught in ninth grade Humanities English? Why or why not?
1. most challenging aspect of this project was trying to find out what your art piece is trying to tell you because everyone can interpret it their own way but I had to come up with my own interpretation regarding what any one else thinks
2. What worked well was I was able to look what others and my teachers comment on other people’s blogs were and that helped my project be more productive.
3. something that did not work well was I did not keep up with the blogs as often as I should have because people are always using the computer at home so I was not able to update my own blogs as I should have.
4. It is tough but it is very doable and can be a very productive project if you use the time that you have gave us and not wait to do everything until last minute because it will be a lot tougher if you do that.
